Our technical team will visit the site and study the requirements. We will do a site survey to identify the pain areas and the components require to satisfy the customer needs.
Based on the inputs from customer and site survey, we will prepare a solution design and Bill of Material. On further discussions with the end user we will arrive on the final solution.
We will deliver the components to the customer site based on the purchase order. Our technical teal will start the implementation on a mutual agreement. Each component will be installed, configured and tested to satisfy customer requirement.
We will provide a you a testing plan and same will be executed in the presence of the customer. We will also provide an operational training. All details regarding the warranty support will be provided. On satisfactory completion the project will be signed-off.
